RedDoorz Apartment @ Jarrdin Cihampelas

The bathroom is dirty, the sheets and blankets are also dirty.

Stayed here for 3 days and the room was totally different from the pictures, dirty and not maintained very well. There's really a lot of cockroaches, dust and fleas. The door is broken, the toilet is smelly and broken. Also there is not enough lightning.

It's not really like the picture, but it's still okay. The staff is nice.

Honestly, I comment like this without any samsek to bring down anyone's business. First, I really hope the room facilities are really improved. From the wall paint, blankets, refrigerator, shower, balcony door handle (samsek can't be locked), and others. And second, the service from RedDoorz, so there was an incident (one of) where the refrigerator didn't turn on even though it was plugged into the electricity, I have complained twice. The first complaint is understandable because I complained at 23.00 to 00.00 (if I'm not mistaken) by asking RedDoorz to fix the refrigerator, but the information from there was that it couldn't be fixed now because the technician was no longer there. Then the next day I complained again by informing the same thing, but my second complaint was really not responded to by Samsek. Which made all the food I brought go bad. My communication with the provider was via WhatsApp, I even confirmed it face to face with the guys below (after I checked and when I wanted to eat at the apartment canteen), but was only informed to "try chatting on WA" and when I chatted there was nothing. It's really a shame with a room that I think if it is well maintained is very good.

The place looks like it's not well maintained, there are cockroaches in the room, the sheets are yellow.

The water heater is dead, the TV only has sound, no picture.

Dirty and smelly room, itchy blankets and sheets. Highly not recommended.

It's quite good, neat, fragrant, only the room floor is damp, the refrigerator is not cold, the stove doesn't have gas. Overall okay.

I stayed for 4 days, on the last day the electricity went out at 2.30 in the morning, I went to the Reddorz office and there was no one there, then I WAd and the person didn't respond. My review of Reddorz The Jardin Cihampelas, if you really want to stay at The Jardin Cihampelas and then the only thing left is Reddorz, it's better not to stay.

Bad rooms. Like it wasn't maintained properly, many parts were dull, the wallpaper was torn, the kitchen and bathroom equipment were rusty, the mattress was dull, very different from the photo. The bathroom also doesn't feel clean. Waking up my body was itchy. I originally took 2 nights. After 1 night I didn't continue, I moved to tower A which was more comfortable.

Contact person are difficult to Call.

Dirty, hot water doesn't work, it's hot, there are no facilities that can function properly. Original dusty.

Very disappointed. After an hour and a half I called the officer and when I went to the booth to get the key, no one responded.

The room was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, people's hands had not been washed, the bathroom door was broken, there was no stove, no dispenser. Luckily it's only transit so check out early in the morning. (No photo because it's not impressive).

Sorry room too small and too short

Foto tidak di update (tidak ada type kamar seperti yang di sebutkan), kamarnya jorok dan bau, dinding berkerak, kamar mandinya berkerak, kasur sangat lembab dan bau, AC tidak dingin sama sekali. Sangat jauh sekali dengan yang di foto, sangat tidak rekomen. Pengalaman menginap terburuk yang pernah saya alami.
