The facilities are okay, there are no toilettries, the sheets don't look like they've ever been washed, the air conditioner isn't cold, the bidet is broken, the TV doesn't work and the most extraordinary thing is that the staff only thinks about money, guests while resting are knocking asking for extra money, like there's no other time. really bad.

Pelayanannya sangat tidak baik karena: 1. Kamarnya tidak pernah dibersihkan. 2. Sprei dan handuknya tidak diganti pada hal kami sudah minta, tapi tidak dihiraukan. Kalau diperhatikan, kamarnya dibersihkan kalau penghuninya check out. Yang jadi masalah kalau kamarnya dipakai penghuni short time, apakah spreinya diganti atau tidak? Kalau tidak maka kita pakai seprei bekas.
