The room is minimalist but quite spacious and airy. There are only two small tables without any chairs at all. The plus side is it's quite clean, the AC is cold, the price is affordable. There's a swimming pool. The check-in and check-out process are easy. Strategic location. The downside is there's no Wi-Fi, the TV must be connected to the internet, only one bottle of bottled water, one towel, and one small thin soap without shampoo and two toothbrushes. It's okay for transit, but less comfortable for a staycation.

The worst apartment I've ever stayed in, the price is 200 ke, the AC is not cold, the room is dirty, the atmosphere is scary, the bathroom is not maintained, the water doesn't work, it's stuffy. It's really annoying.

Gak layak di sewain tu, kasur kotor banget, kamar mandi kumuh, gak ada colokan listrik buat charger, kayak kamar udah bekas di pake orang. Padahal bayar dengan harga hampir 500rb. Ada water heater tp gak di colokin dan gak ada colokan. Pokoknya kumuh parah banget. Akhrnya gak jadi nginep di sana dan saya kembalikan kuncinya.

Ada plus minusnya ya, plusnya: kamar luas, AC dingin, air kamar mandi lancar, tempat strategis di kota. Minusnya: tidak ada wifi, ada tv kabel tapi harus pakai wifi sendiri, haduh, parkir mobil 20rb max, kamar dan kamar mandi kotor, banyak botol dikolong kasur bekas pengunjung lain kayaknya, kran wastafel mati, kamar mandi licin, cuma ada sabun, ga dapet odol dan sikat gigi.

Pro: view bagus, kamar luas, AC dingin, air lancar meskipun tidak ada air hangatnya, lumayan buat numpang tidur sehari dua hari, ada kolam renang yang bisa dipakai nyaman saat sore hari. Cons: Ada kabel yang keluar dari tembok yang seharusnya tidak ada atau dipasangi lampu supaya kabel tidak terlihat, ini membahayakan jika ada aliran listrik nya, jika tidak ada maka mengganggu kenyamanan saja, di kala siang hari waktu saya stay terdengar suara gemuruh angin yang keras, tidak ada meja besar sama sekali dan kesulitan untuk mengetik sesuatu dengan laptop saya, kursi pun tidak ada, hanya ranjang dan meja kecil sekali untuk meletakan remote dan air minum mineral. Saluran air agak bermasalah, handuk agak basah dan bau apek, parkir tarif progresif.

Sumpah kalau kalian nyari hunian yang nyaman aku saranin jangan di sini. WiFi ga bisa di pake, TV ga bisa nyala, kamar mandi ada hewan kayak ulat, kasur bau pesing plus kamar yang ga tau dibersihin apa engga. Tolong dong di bersihin at least kalau fasilitasnya ga lengkap yang penting bersih.

Pertama masuk kamar kaget banget, yang ada di pikiran saya waktu pesan ya ini seperti kamar hotel umumnya walaupun saya dapet harga murah 150k saya pikir seperti kamar hotel-hotel deket tempat tinggal saya dengan harga 150k itu sudah komplit, tapi pikiran saya ternyata salah benar, jadi itu kamar dengan harga 150k tidak ada fasilitas apa-apa di kamar hanya tempat tidur 2 bantal sprei, lemari, TV tidak bisa nyala, handuk cuma 1 itupun masih bagus handuk saya di rumah (maaf) dan tidak ada sabun sampo sama sekali apalagi sikat gigi (beruntung saya bawa dari rumah) kalo di belakang menyesal ya pasti sangat. Tadinya mau coba tempat baru saya pikir dengan harga 150k sama dengan hotel di dekat rumah (full fasilitas) tapi yasudah jadi pengalaman saja (AC berisik banget) bagusnya cuma 1 bisa renang dan air di kamar mandi lancar tapi tidak bisa panas. Terima kasih.
