Need OK Hotel Management. Although it is enough, but if using hotel management it will definitely be much better. The location is close to bintaro - housing - it should be comfortable, but hotel management is needed to be better

Worst "hotel" I've stayed at which must be shut down immediately!!! The pictures online shown on Traveloka are all different from the real place. This is nothing less than a scam. Disgusting! Smelly! Haunted! Three words which would perfectly describe the "hotel". I would not even call it a hotel as it doesn't even have proper bedrooms and bathrooms for guests to stay in. Beware, we only knew that this place does exorcism (ruqyah) after entering and seeing the banner in front of the place. Both Traveloka and the place failed to inform us about this before we made our booking. We would never have made the booking in the first place if we knew. The moment we walked into the rooms, the stale and nasty smells greeted us more welcoming than the staffs. It was super dusty even the couch and table at the corner was covered in dust. The toilet was so dirty it looked like it had not been cleaned at all even way before we entered. There was a cockroach we had to kill the moment we open the toilet "door" which was also broken and could not close properly. The bedsheets and pillowcase were not clean. There were stains that look like blood on one of the pillow (dried yellowish-red stain) and the aircon was not cold. The toilet ceiling was moldy and had black growth all over it. The bedroom ceiling was also dirty and peeling. There was no water coming from the sink and some rooms had leaking problems at the ceiling. Overall, the room was so disgusting, disturbing and run down that it should not say it is able to accommodate guests. When we requested for refund, even though we only "stayed" for an hour, we were charged in full for 4 days. We didnt even get a deposit or any apology from the management. We barely got out of there. We would like our money back as everything from the start including pictures, reviews and cleanliness of the place that we were shown and promised by Traveloka was a lie.

The room really needs to be renovated 🙏.

The hotel is really dirty. I didn't even stay overnight even though I had already paid for the room and immediately left. The toilet is black and never cleaned, it looks like the smelly sheets have never been changed. Doesn't match the picture, sorry I ordered the app 😏.

Hopefully it will be better in the future.

From the moment we entered, the service was bad, not ready to receive guests, no one helped us unload our luggage, the lobby was dirty, the room was dirty, the towels looked like mops, the water didn't drain, the ceiling was open, the boxed rice food was of poor quality, it would be better to close it if it wasn't ready to receive guests. Complaints were not responded to, Traveloka should be more selective in updating the hotel because the pictures and reviews are not the actual conditions at this time. The conclusion for this hotel is "BAD" with what we spent almost 600,000. Suggestion: Just CLOSE the inn👎. The worst hotel I've ever encountered

Tidak sesuai. Tulisanya safwah ketika sampe hotel di recepsionis diarahkan ke hotel lain yaitu puri saras (hotel tua) itu kondisi pukul 21.30 malam dari karawang bawa bayi 3 bulan sedangkan pihak kami/konsumen tidak menerima konfirmasi apapun. Pihak konsumen sudah telpon pihak traveloka untuk meminta refund/ganti hotel minimal setara safwah tapi tidak ada respon sampe pagi. Kecewa berat! Tolong di upgrade lagi karena saya sangat di rugikan. Karena ada konten kreator kasihan melihat anak-anak saya baru di kasih kamar di safwa itupun konfisinya bocor dan kotor.

Hotel lama, kurang terawat. Akses masuk ke jalan kecil. Bisa check in lebih awal 1 jam sebelumnya. Kamar lembab. Ukuran kamar luas. AC cukup dingin, cahaya cukup. Ada Wifi. Kamar mandi ada water heater. Terdapat kulkas kecil. Tidak ada fasilitas air mineral, tidak disediakan handuk dan tissue (saat minta ke resepsionis baru dikasih handuk dan tissue). Tidak ada lift. Kamar saya di lantai 2.

Kamar lembab, bau, kotor tidak. Selayaknya kondisi kamar seperti itu DIJUAL. Saya sangat kecewa berat semoga tidak ada tamu² yang kejebak untuk menginap

Sesuai harga. Hotelnya gelap remang remang, temboknya lembab putih putih (takut jamuran). Mas resepsionisnya waktu saya dateng lagi ngerokok di meja resepsionis.

Recommended banget, kalo pesan di aplikasi dapat breakfast gratis, malah makanannya enak enak banget lagi, lalu restonya standar dan enak banget, cuman kurangnya lingkungan sekitar tidak mendukung, hotel terlalu pedalaman, tapi kamarnya luas juga dengan harga yang segutu, tapi konsep kamar mandinya 🥲, dinding pake kaca segala, jadi kalo nginap bareng team harus keluar kamar dulu huhuhu malu, ada kucingnya yang ramah, wifinya bikin emosi kalo di kamar tapi kalo diresto lancar, hotelnya sepi sih, cuman nyaman ga ribut dari kendaraan dengan harga segitu ini worth it bgtt 😁, AC nya kayaknya ga maksimal gitu aj. Thank you.

Budget guest house dengan kamar luas, AC dingin, TV, sarapan enak.

Kamarnya lembab, peralatannya juga kaya handuk, kasur, sprei bantal lembab kaya kurang terawat, minta king bed yang dikasih twin bed dijadiin 1, kebetulan dapat kamar dengan pintu yang agak rusak juga. Kelebihannya kamarnya luas, ada taman di luar jadi asri, stafnya juga cukup ramah.

Kamar luas, kasur lebar. Ac tidak terlalu dingin tapi cukup nyaman untuk istirahat. Ada handuk, sikat dan pasta gigi. Berfungsi panas berfungsi dengan baik. Untuk 250an/malam sudah cukup memuaskan. Kebersihan mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi.

No tissue in the room, no bin in the room, we requested for 1 big bed but they provided 2 single bed without giving us notice when we checked in. Breakfast provided was two rice box without water to drink or explaination where to get water for drink.

Dirty and itchy bed cover, room not clean, dirty towels,

My taste is okay, because I like to be alone. Spacious rooms. Lots of plants. Far from the main road. Don't forget to bring your own drinks and food. But you can do it on GoFood. I still want to stay again next time.

The hotel is okay, but not enough in the breakfast. You can get a buffet.
