When checking in, the receptionist was playing Mobile Legends the whole time. He said he wanted to check out at dawn. When he wanted to check out at dawn, the person was sleeping and didn't wake him up very slowly. After being given his ID card, I heard the person say that he was disturbing my sleep. If you weren't in a hurry, I would have served you.

The TV can't be used and there is no remote, the AC remote doesn't work, entering the bathroom smells and is a bit dirty. The dark room is not in accordance with the picture so the horror atmosphere can be felt. Please take care of it and fix it. Don't just because the price is cheap so it doesn't get maintained. I regret choosing Sans Hotel Syariah as a place to stay

For the deluxe type, the room and bathroom were dirty as if they had not been maintained. I had to sweep the room myself. No soap was provided. Mineral water and toothpaste were not provided on the second day.

1. The AC water dripped continuously until morning, 2. The bathroom drain was clogged and there was no soap available. 3. There was no towel hanger either, there was only a hanger behind the door. 4. The sink drain was not tight, so it dripped down. Please improve the hotel facilities, this is a sharia hotel so it is far from that.

The hotel is quite affordable and quite close to the Palangkaraya roundabout. For a 2-star hotel, the shower and toilet facilities function well. However, the service at the receptionist still needs to be improved, the receptionist is not friendly and smiling, and the administration also needs to be improved so that there is no need to hold the ID card until checkout. The suitability of the administration for room reservations also needs to be considered, ordered 3 rooms but 1 room did not match the order, also the cleanliness and comfort of the room also needs to be improved, 1 room was full of mosquitoes. The rest for a 2-star hotel is quite okay, free coffee and tea and there is also a smoking area
