Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Key Collection: Our local team will meet you for check-in during the day. For arrivals at night, the keys will be placed in a secure keybox, and the PIN will be provided to you during the self-check-in process. Identification: Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid photo ID (e.g., passport or national ID card) for verification purposes. Non-Indonesian Citizens: ATTENTION: If you are a Non-Indonesian Citizen, it is mandatory to contact us directly before finalizing your booking. This is crucial for obtaining the necessary permits from the resort management. Do not book without prior communication. If entry to the resort is denied due to unfulfilled permit requirements, we cannot be held responsible. Property Rules: We kindly ask all guests to respect the property rules and regulations, which will be shared upon check-in or found within the villa.
