The only complaint is the restaurant was out of many things in the menu. It's the only option around so was disappointed.

Was ok until the unfortunate passengers who’d been rerouted from Bali all descended on our hotel. The hotel was just not capable of dealing with such demand and traffic so service was incredibly slow and disorganised. They ran out of food and they ran out of alcohol.

Overall, everything is okay.
The only slight drawback is that the bathroom is poorly constructed.
The water splashes everywhere when you shower.

The service is friendly and the hotel location is quite strategic, close to the city center and easy to reach. The room is clean and the food at breakfast is quite good. It's just that the room size feels a bit cramped for families. Otherwise, the experience of staying here is quite pleasant.
