This hotel is located in the city center, very close to a mall. It's clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, noise from the hallway is easily audible from the bedroom (not soundproofed).

We arrived during high season. It was busy. Full.
The staff was friendly and quick. The room was clean and the facilities were good.
Room 351, Tower 2, seemed to be attached to the mall. It sounded very lively from the room.

Recommended for families who are on vacation in Singkawang, but want to go shopping at the mall, just walk to the mall. Take a room with a balcony or a business suite type, suitable for 4 people.. the room is very comfortable, the view is also good.. the price is still worth it..

Hotel staff asked for additional fees to change rooms even though the class/type of room is the same without a payment receipt. Asked for 300 changed, I said it was expensive eh changed to 200.

The breakfast is not edible for children, there is only 1 type of protein. There are a lot of carbohydrates. There is no choice of menu for children. It does not match the hotel's stars.

The water in the bathroom is very dirty and has been asked to be fixed but it is still dirty. Entering and exiting the car park always have to pay, even though I have informed the receptionist and it should be free. Very bad and disappointing!
