I have a really bad experience of this place. First time I came there is no one on the lobby till I call the owners on phone. I'm waiting for almost 30 minutes only for check in. I think that was OK, because they need rest, but please don't make people wait or at least you can make some Bell, so people can ring the bell and you will now the sign. The room isn't bad at all, but the door is like broken, it's really hard for me to open and close the door. N they didn't clean the room very often I bet, because first time I step up on the room, it was little dirty and I found a dead cockroach next to the bed. And I found it if the water for the sower is a salt water. The last night I stayed, there was a blackout and I tough they have generator for the power, but it was OK, I don't really mind it because they gave me a candle. Everything was very great on gili air, except this place, I hope the owner will fix this problem, I know they just have some earthquake before, but it's not the reason to make your guests feel bad with your place, because I've seen the other hotels have same damage of the earthquake, but they are still nice with their guests.

Room Nomen 4 The air conditioner didn't turn on, just a breeze, please fix it, the others are cool. The Hammok is just right for reading the wind like a little, really like it, the floor is rather sticky, don't know, right.

Very very impressive, with a budget that fits the pockets of college kids but a childless service. The rooms are clean and the service is no less the same as a five star. The staff is also very friendly and kind. No loss staying here, calm atmosphere. Want to find a local meal near the gym and also want to stay next door

It's so comfortable to stay in this bungalows, the receptionist is so friendly, the food so good, can't wait to go back!!

Overall I love this place.. I will comeback to gili air and leave in tedi bungalow. We'll meet again!

Very friendly owner & staff. Spacious room and nice balcony with lovely garden. Large bathroom with all features but with some plumbing issues, broken out pipe from sink and problem with toilet refilling cistern but nothing too problematic. Good value for the price.

There are some things that need to be improved. Especially in the toilet. Damaged bathtub can not be used. Sink leaked.
