Chose this hotel because it is close to Istora Senayan, check in is easy, the luxurious aura is still felt, even though it is classic it is still well maintained, friendly staff, clean rooms, bathrooms with bathtubs, cold AC, hot and cold water that works well, check out is also easy, enter the hotel through the door on Jl. Sudirman, suitable for staying especially if there is an event around GBK.

When I took a shower, I was shocked because it turned out that the HOT-Cold label was not correct.. the HOT water tap turned out to be regular water and the plain one turned out to be HOT. I was a bit panicked because when it wasn't hot yet, I turned the regular tap a little bit and the plain one turned it a lot (my thought was so that it wouldn't be too hot when the hot water really came out).. it turned out to be hot and steamy straight away... Got a room near the pool area, with a view of the pool and green fields. Unfortunately the sandals weren't the same as in the previous room I'd stayed in, batik slippers.. for a very strategic location and a wide variety of delicious breakfast menu, it's a shame you have to queue for breakfast.

My first experience here, starting from the parking lot far from the hotel lobby, going around through the basement. The service at the reception was so-so. But when we checked in, we weren't informed which floor the restaurant was on. Guests had to ask first. Usually, the staff gives detailed information to guests. Then, at breakfast, we were free to choose a seat, but it was already full. Finally, we asked the staff to find us a table. After we had our breakfast, our table was taken. I wonder how that happened. The SOP should have at least included a card indicating the table was occupied or something to avoid miscommunication with other guests. We moved again. I was no longer in the mood for breakfast 🙂 I don't know what happened to the guest with low human resources who pushed the dirty plate to my table, even though he wasn't there before the staff helped us find a table. Enough for a first experience here.
