I arrived late around 8 o'clock but send a message before. Nobody replied it until the arrival. The staff, a young lady just sit in receptionist room without any willing to help with my luggage, she was busy with 2 phones. Pretended there's no reservation or confirmation before. There is no breakfast before 7 am, even for a slice of bread. Basic accommodation, just room without towel or water. The floor looked clean but a little bit oily. The bathroom: no hot and cold water with leak of pipe in washbasin and peeling off wall. LOW your EXPECTATION!

I stayed here 3 days before the Komodo trip, the place is comfortable, close access to everywhere, try to take the one above the room, it's better than the one below. Because when you go on the Komodo trip, take the one below, it's not so good for the bathroom and the room.

The check-in process is fast, close to the airport, only 11 minutes on foot. Because we chose the wrong road yesterday, we were carrying our suitcases because the road wasn't paved yet. The rooms are clean, comfortable, the AC is cold, the breakfast is delicious even though it's just a piece of toasted bread. The place is a bit quiet so it's a bit difficult to find food. There are no toiletries, so bring your own.

The facilities are far from expectations when compared to the price. There was only 1 towel, no mat in the bathroom (when asked they said they were out of stock), breakfast was booked but in reality it wasn't, the blanket was just a regular cloth without a real blanket, the wifi was okay even though the signal couldn't go far.

Close to the airport but you better rent a car to go there. It 's far from the harbour and food center. There are no grab car nor gojek in the island, only grab bike. And you won't get any grab bike at dawn. If you need to go to the harbour at dawn to catch up the sailing trip then you have the driver phone number (from the airport or from sailing trip agency) the good things from this hotel are: wifi and quiet room. You can work (wfa) and rest, but its hard to go to the center city.

Kamar bersih dan rapi. Kaka nya ramah dan welcome banget. AC dingin banget. Sarapan rotinya enak. Kopi hitam yang khas. Cuma satu aja, saluran air toilet agak mampet dan lantai agak licin. Overall recommended banget dengan harga yang ditawarkan.
