This means that people in Anyer and its surroundings do not know how to serve guests. Yes, you have to give in when it comes to motorbikes, because guests only come once in a while while local residents can use motorbikes as much as they want after the guests go home. This is the only place where you have to bring your own vehicle if you want comfort.
