Thank God, it's better than in the catalog photo, very strategic, close to Uin Sunan Kalijaga, the event venue, more or less 10 minutes to Malioboro, the price is pocket friendly, the parking area is spacious, you can use a motorbike, but unfortunately in one room the TV doesn't turn on if you bring children so you won't be able to watch it. TV.

Saya nginap 2 malam, jalan menuju kamar agak seram (lewat dari receptionis) karena 1 bangunan dengan sekolah dan museum kesannya cukup angker banget, mana yang nginap cuma ada 2 mobil di parkiran untuk malam pertama, tadinya mau di cancel untuk malam ke 2 cuma suami bilang sayang sudah bayar akhirnya kita main ke rumah saudara di Klaten dan sengaja balik ke penginapan tengah malam tapi pas kita balik kamar sudah di bersihkan (lumayanlah debunya berkurang) dan alhamdullilah yang nginap cukup banyak dengan lihat dari mobil yang parkir berjejer di parkiran hampir penuh dari ujung ke ujung jadi kesan angkernya berkurang. Kamarnya dan fasilitas nya lumayan seperti hotel hotel bintang 3 cuma kamar yang di berikan ke kita sepertinya sudah lama tidak di huni/disewakan karena dari hawa AC nya bau apek dan berdebu, ada sarang laba laba dan banyak serangga (salah satunya kecoa kecil) di kamar mandinya, efeknya saya selalu bersin bersin (akhirnya polip saya kambuh, karena alergi debu), untuk malam pertama terus terang kita bener bener tidak bisa istirahat dengan nyaman sampe subuh, pertimbangan untuk sewa di sini karena saya liat di review yang pernah nginap cukup bagus dan bangunan dan kamar yang di tampilkan cukup menjanjikan bangeet tapi kalo ada bangunan sekolah dan museum terus terang saya tidak akan sewa deh, ini cukup untuk pertama dan terakhir nya.

Overall good. Very strategic place. Right near the Trans Jogja bus stop. Located next to the UIN campus, you are guaranteed lots of snacks, places to eat, etc. Ambarukmo Mall is also close. Facilities according to the illustration. The biggest minus is that the location is combined with a hotel school and Multipurpose Hall, so it is a bit hidden and far from the outer gate. But inside it's really okay. And between the vocational school and the accommodation there is a fence.

The rooms are comfortable, clean. The lack of no telephone in the room so if you need anything you have to go to the reservation desk, the hot water dispenser is only near the reservation.
