I ordered here because I want to have a graduation event, the hotel in Depok is already full, the ones that are available and the reviews are good, finally choose this one. use google map to be directed to the back, the road is narrow and the road is closed because there is a garbage bin, the parking lot comes in at 3 pm and leaves at 10 am, pay 60 thousand, parking is difficult, narrow. ordered 2 rooms but in the data there is only 1. finally waited again, when I entered the 1st room, the room smelled really musty, the sheets were dirty and stained, I asked to change the sheets but the staff just said, staff: mom, do you want the sheets changed?? if you want to change the sheets, it's in the closet, while opening the closet cus: what does that mean?? stf: yes, those are the sheets here cus: do you mean I changed the sheets myself?? stf: if you want me to change, please, ma'am, mom will go out first cus: don't worry ma'am, I'll just ask you to change the room. after waiting for a long time to get a replacement kamat, the 2nd toilet room still has a case of splashes after peeing, the room smells of cigarettes, a case of wet towels on the balcony, the fridge and dispenser are very dirty, the toilet brush is on the shelf where the toilet is attached. for the security guard was also rude, we didn't open the door because we didn't bring the door access card, so we were told to look for other people to enter.

I have been contacted from his office at 11 am to ensure arrival and check-in for 3 rooms. But in the afternoon after arriving there, I wanted to check-in, 1 room was not ready on the grounds that there was an AC repair and waited for about half to 1 hour to get the key, next time, please confirm that the room is ready. thanks? that's all, for the others it's enough.

Actually, I came here because it was too late, afraid to go home alone because it was past 12 at night. so sleep here first. Alhamdulillah, the place is quite comfortable. The rooms are clean, smell good and tidy. fully furnished. The bathroom is also quite clean, only less fragrant, maybe you can add camphor. TV, AC, lights no problem. Next, I want to come here again with my husband.
