The rooms, rides, comfort, everything is absolutely top-notch. The indoor waterpark is especially fun. Access to everywhere from the mall is very close. The staff are also very friendly. The only downside is the restaurant: it's not an all-you-can-eat breakfast, and the food isn't very good. In my opinion, it's better to skip the breakfast package.

Overall, I like it and it's really good. The main reason I came here was because of the waterpark inside the hotel. It's not too big but not too small either, perfect for pampering children who want to play in the water. The room is also very good in terms of cleanliness, amenities, etc. The room I took happened to be a family room with a capacity of 4 people, there is 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. It's really fun because there are lots of Lego in the room so the children can play freely, there is also a Playstation in the room if you want to be with your family. Not to forget there are cute animal costumes that parents can wear to play with the children. The hotel access is very good and there is also a restaurant in the lobby if you are too lazy to look for food outside. The parking lot is also quite large, if you bring a lot of luggage, there is a trolley to carry it, not to forget, my family from the first time they arrived until they left was always assisted in a friendly manner by one of the staff named Mas Juan. Such a great experience for a staycation. Keep up the good work.

For a hotel, it's very good for spending time with family, the concept is also interesting. But unfortunately the food is not good, the food provided is per portion, the taste is lacking, predominantly salty, there is no variation in other desserts.

The kids absolutely love it. The play pool is also indoors, so you don't have to worry about getting too hot. It's so colorful. 🥰 The Family Room also has a Lego wall. The TV is a Smart TV, so don't worry. 🤩 For breakfast, even though the menu is a la carte, it's still delicious. It suits the taste buds of kids too. There's only one thing, the breakfast menu isn't very diverse. 🤩 Overall, it's okay. It's perfect for families looking for a staycation with a complete play pool.

The location is quite strategic, the room is quite spacious and clean, and the receptionist is friendly and helpful. However, I had an unpleasant experience because the parking attendant was peeking around in front of the room, trying to see inside when the door was open, claiming there was a guest requesting to be escorted to the same room, even though they didn't seem to be carrying any luggage. Another very disappointing thing was when we realized we left a bag in the room, rolled up in a blanket. When I called the hotel again, they said it was missing. It may seem trivial, but it was very meaningful to me. One suggestion regarding breakfast: the restaurant could accommodate additional breakfast portions for those who haven't ordered the day before, as the menu isn't very varied.
