The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are also clean but the hotel environment is not good because it is too noisy by cafe visitors, cafe visitors are not polite, hotel residents will enter the room and have to pass cafe visitors and the security guard at the entrance is impolite towards hotel residents (how to ask impolite hotel guests). Di luar ekspektasi. Hotel yang masih dalam tahap renovasi. Awalnya bingung cari lokasi hotel karena gak ada plank nama. Di depan hotel ada cafe dan angkringan. Kamar seperti kos-kosan. Tapi dalamnya bersih, simpel. Kekurangannya colokan cuma 1. Overall worth lah untuk sekedar transit

I came too early because of traffic jams on the Cikampek toll road.

And the floor is still a bit dirty and so is the table. And the condition of the bathroom and sink is still dirty. In the drains there is still hair waste from the previous tenant and it is not thrown away, the water always turns off so it is difficult to take a shower so you always wait a very long time before the water comes out even though the water is very important for brushing teeth, bathing and others. Toilet and sink cleanliness is lacking. And soap is not provided for washing hands. This pandemic should be provided again. Likewise, there is no hand sanitizer at all. But the employees are still polite. Suggestion. If possible, provide soap for washing hands in the sink. Hand sanitizer is provided. Water always available. So it's not always lacking. Which causes people who stay overnight difficult to bathe and defecate. An electric kettle is provided so if you want warm water to drink, just heat it up. Before the customer comes, check the cleanliness of the room again. Service needs to be improved again. The most important thing is cleanliness. Oh yeah, the bathroom door, please fix it because it can't be locked. I apologize. This is my experience. Thank you.

The place is actually clean. It's just a lack of management. The place is like a boarding house, so in front of it there are many cafes to hang out.

The location is fun, because it's close to everywhere, the rooms are spacious, hot water, wifi, television (even though only a few channels) work well. The lack of this inn is in cleanliness, when entering the room. The floor felt sticky, then the bathroom floor was slippery. It's a bit hidden too, there is no signboard/inn name and it turns out to be in the same area as Brawijaya Edu Park. Maybe it can be a concern from the manager. Because it's a shame if inns with good locations and spacious rooms don't sell well because cleanliness is not maintained.
