A nice place to stay, great location, close to galaxy mall, supermarket and many restaurants. the room is very clean, spacious and the twin bed is big also cheap!

Sprei kotor banget sampai jijik. Biasanya kesini bersih enak, sekarang makin kotor sprei udah waktunya di ganti. Wastafel bolong saringannya, shower bocor.

My life savior when my AC got broken. The room was spacious, the receptionist was very helpful. Got to try if you happen visit the city.

A bit unexpected on the first night due to room without window. Try to talk with front office guy for request room change due to I will stay for 1 week and not used to stay in room without window but he can not promise that I can change room (seems he not put effort with my issue). Next morning try again talk with front office girl with dark blue uniform named is Dewi if not wrong. She directly advise me to pack all my stuff and leave at the room and will transfered to other room with window soon as possible. After I came back late at noon. I get nice room with window at 2nd floor. Room 299. Thanks Dewi. Appreciate your job. Room was big and clean. Housekeeping is tidy. Only few staff need to be well trained for hospitality manner.- Dicky- alumni stpt trisakti.
