Hampton by Hilton Dublin City Centre

Great hotel! Staff were nice, efficient. Hotel looks & feels new. Room seemed a bit small but beds were ample and comfortable. Breakfast selection was huge! My only thing is, and it has to do with Hampton chain not this individual hotel, is the smell of their soap, shampoo, etc. it smells so bad. To me. Am I the only one?

This property was very quiet and clean. It away from everything but close enough to everything to get what you needed. If you don’t want to walk 10-15 minutes to everything then I would stay somewhere else.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Dublin. Clean and comfortable with a very good breakfast.

My room did not have a desk in it so I couldn't do much work. My flight arrived at 6:30am and I was at the hotel by 7:30am and had to wait around until 11:30am for a room. It didn't happen to just me but everyone else coming in on the early flight had the same issue. Even though we were told housekeeping would come in by 9am, it was still 2.5 hours for the first room to be cleaned. People were checking out from 7:30am onwards. Perhaps bring in your housekeeping a bit earlier.

I thought the hotel, room and breakfast was perfect. We got a pizza later on in the evening that was lovely and served until late which I thought was great. However after walking from early in the morning as we had arrived from our train at 8am we waited about to check in so we could shower and relax for a bit however when we arrived at 12 for check in we were informed that check in wasn’t looking likely until 3pm so we ended up having nowhere to get ready for the day and for lunch until later on and the although there were no issues with the staff any other time and they were all lovely, one member was quite blunt and seemed like he didn’t have time for us, when we were just asking if we could leave our bags in. we were cutoff and bluntly told we couldn’t check in at the time I had paid for in the hotel. The stay was really good and that is my only complaint but I felt it was necessary. I work in a hotel and I understand unplanned late check-outs can be difficult to manage but things like that can be sorted.

Great hotel in the vicinity of the city center. Clean, nicely decorated and quiet rooms. Nice and helpful staff and the complementary breakfast has a great variety.

This was a great spot. You could walk everywhere without the noise in the evening. It was a great hotel and the breakfast was great as well.

I only stayed one night but i was very impressed with the hotel. The room was very clan and tidy the bed was very comfortable. The Breakfast was excellent and a good range of choice.

Comfort, friendly, great location behind the historic Four Courts, 15 mins walk to centre of town. Room was small and had no table for writing and eating, and no wardrobe or drawer space for clothing, which was a drawback for an eight day stay.

The hotel was clean and tidy, room consisted of a large bed, with a very firm mattress. There was tea & coffee facility within the room. The bathroom consisted of a large walking in shower, with a lot of space. A toilet and a wash basin. A good size mirror, Along with a decent hair dryer. The breakfast were worth the extra, as there was a good selection of English and continental foods and all freshly made on the day. Overall a very pleasant and quiet stay and would use again, when visiting Dublin.

The staff was very kind, and the room was clean. However, my room was close to the elevator, and there seemed to be some construction work during my stay, which made it difficult for me to concentrate on work.

Hotel was fine but food from bar menu not great. One meal with rice arrived stone cold. After second day of trip we both went down with food poisoning. Management checked their hygiene procedures and confirmed that everything had been followed! We were reimbursed for this meal.

Lifts not working. Poor check in experience. Poor quality breakfast
