While this hotel is on a somewhat busy street it was very quiet which was nice! The room was clean and a perfect size for us. I felt very safe as well. I would stay here again!

A/C didn’t work on the second night and it was too loud to keep the windows open. Shower door didn’t keep water from flooding out all over the bathroom. Wonderful view from the rooftop and location was amazing.

The front desk people were not very present or helpful. It was a little hard to find, but the location ended up being great. The room needed a little updating. There was some rot in the bathroom where water leaked out of the shower and the ceiling needed a paint job. The views of the Duomo are all from the roof top, which isn’t accessible all the time.

Don't expect much from breakfast. Especially the coffee.. ours was very watered down. Otherwise, the place was very clean and close to the centeral market with plenty of other options to eat. Rooftop is cool for a quick view.

Overall the property and staff were excellent. The only problem we had was there was a step down to our room that was not well marked and my husband fell and rolled into a wall and I almost fell. No we were not drunk. This should be addressed. Close to train station. Breakfast was sufficient to get us going in the morning I would stay again

This hotel is centrally located to everything. 6 minutes walk from train station, 10-16 minutes walking to all major attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and much more then a standard Continental breakfast. I highly recommend this property.

The room and the bathrom were imaculate. Beds extra confortable. The breakfast is better than in most hotels, even in more expensive one. The place is not fancy but surely the best cost beneft you can find in Firenze. Location is convenient, near the station S.M. Novella. Strongly recommend.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Don’t be put off by the entrance area as it does not reflect the hotel. Easy check in with some excellent advice re things to see, do & where to eat. Rooms compact but had everything we needed including fridge. Breakfast was more than adequate. Lovely rooftop bar area with a fabulous view. An excellent stay and would definitely recommend it.

Employee were very kind, hotel location is good to go tourist attraction. But one bad thing is bathroom condition. Whenever i tried to take a shower, There was a bad smell coming from the sewer.

Highly recommended. Excellent room, clean, quiet and very comfortable and spacious. Superb shower and lavatory. Bed was immensely comfortable. I was passing through the one night but would stay again. The staff were exceptionally courteous. Breakfast was a delicious continental affair with pastries and yoghurt, cheeses and meats plus some cereals and fruit. The cappuccino was sublime.

Positive points: location, terrace, breakfast, majority of the staff, negative points: the parking available means they work with a parking that is 5 mins away to offer the parking for36 per night, I didn’t shop around for parking to know if it is expensive or not, but both parking and hotel persist on getting cash for both parking cost and the city tax. On this matter, they only look for their benefits and not to work on a win win for both sides.

This hotel was great for its location, close to train station and center of town. There were many nearby restaurants to choose from. Only issue I had was the room was too small for 2 people, if you plan on staying here pick the larger room.
