Hotel Cyrano

It’s difficult to fault this hotel. It’s located within an easy walk from the train station and to the centre of town. Saronno is a lovely, quiet town. Breakfast was excellent with very good service and espresso coffee. I found the mattress to be a little hard, but otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Good location. Easy access to train. Free parking, Nice breakfast. Easy access to restaurants. Pillows and towels need replacing. As does the hallway carpet.

Defenetly not a 4 star. Maybe 2. Very loud due to construction downstairs and night club. Was up till 4 am on Saturday night. Do not recommend

Clean room and overall facilities. Easy to get to a train station to get to Milan. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Great little boutique style hotel with touch of class belying its cost. Tasty continental breakfast with plenty of delicious cakes and pastries. Free barista coffees also available. Only 5 mins from train station.

Hotel Cyrano exceeded my expectations. The staff was absolutely wonderful ❤️ extremely helpful the train station is not far from there at all. I am forever grateful to Moreno who did an outstanding job by answering every question I had to making me a sandwich one night one day that I arrived late due to a train delay and had no dinner. Moreno, assisted me by suggesting/recommending forms of transportation back to the airport and he went out of his way in helping with the arrangements. Every hotel should have staff like Cyrano Hotel and every hotel should have a Moreno. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. The breakfast was a great and the ladies who assisted in the breakfast area were also very kind every morning, welcoming guests with a friendly smile. Hands up to the owners and managers who hire great quality people like the ones who work in this hotel. It is staff like Hotel Cyrano that want to make you come back and stay here. I will miss the friendly staff every morning and every evening upon my arrivals.

Nice people in the local area, frequented the karaoke bar around the corner too. Would easily go back

The hotel was attempting to do business fraud to me. I booked a triple room which can sleep 3 persons, I shared the room with my mom, total two persons, the front desk is trying to charge me additional person because my mom stays with me, I argued with them thaty room is triple room can stay three persons, so there is nothing wrong my mom stays with me. The front desk guy said he would call police, I told him go ahead call police, I am not afraid, and I will see how police decide. I am Asian American, he thought I came from some Asian poor country and would afraid of his threaten. Not recommended. Very bad experience.

The room was really clean, the staff were really lovely. 7mns walk to the train station to go to Milan city centre or Lake Como. Overall, it's really good for the price!

Hotel has a good locations for our trip. Clean, renewed. Freindly stuff. Bad coffee for breakfast and bad pillows.

Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.

Great newly renovated hotel in Milan outer suburb. Midway between Milano Centrale and Como centrale. ultra clean and tidy, with white theme of decoration. Fabulous continental Italian buffet breakfast with many options. Highly recommended. Last not the least, it’s only 5 mins walk to Saronno station with Malpensa airport to Milano Centrale station on the route.

Absolutely fine for what I wanted. Easy access to Malpensa Airport by train - far more pleasant than the Third World crush for a bus outside Milano Centrale - and cheaper than an equivalent hotel in Milano. Nearest restaurant only average, but I wasn't in the mood to explore more adventurously. I'll stay there again.
