Big room. High ceiling. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, includimg gluten free options. No soap in shower, only shampoo.stored our luggage before checkin.

Overall okay place to stay considering that price is quite friendly comparing other hotel. Located close to train station with around 5 min walk. Atmosphere of the building itself is a bit monotonous and dark. If you’re looking for romantic or warm relaxing place to stay. This may not be your best choice. Dark staircase and old fashioned signs at entrance. Has a small lift that actually works well. Clean place overall. Room is made every morning. Towel changed daily. Big and spacious room where you can open up to 2 suitcases at same time i guess. Big comfy bed and pillows. Air con works very well. Be expected to hear a bit traffic noise from the street, and kids crying next door. but usually will be quiet after 12:00 where you should be able to catch sleep. Free simple breakfast until 10. But some food will run out if you are not the early bird.

Very close to the train station. 24 hrs front desk. Room is very big, extremely tall ceiling. Good overall.

Located next to the train station. Ten min walk to the Duomo. Many restaurants within walking distance. It occupies one floor in a multi-story building. It was a little challenging to find it because the hotel sign was one of several other hotels and pensiones in the building. They have an agreement with a parking garage about a block away so it was convenient. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, although the bathroom was small and shower very small.

Very close to train station. Easy to go out sightseeing as hop on hop off starting point is only a short walk away. Reception staff were so kind and helpful. Hotel is on the third floor but there is a lift so no need to worry about climbing up stairs

Low frills comfortable hotel. Shower is tiny, there should be glasses in rooms, and tea/coffee making facilities would be nice. Otherwise comfortable bed, convenient location, easy to walk to all attractions. Very quiet rooms. Recommend- good value for money

Perfect location for the train and seeing Florence

This place is walkable from the train station and only a block away. It's an easy walk to find food and where you meet for day tours. There are some stairs you have to carry your luggage up but there is an elevator to get up to the hotel.

The property was drab and dismal: small rooms, not enough room for your suitcase; had to go up two flights of stairs, thankfully staff helped with luggage. Wouldn't stay there. Checked out early and went to a different hotel.

On a business trip for a few days only, very convenient. Clean place, polite staff.

My stay was excellent the room was very clean the breakfast was better than I thought it was going to be. My only gripe was Sunday Morning construction workers outside jackhammering at 8am avoid rm 18 lol. The location was great close to everything. Shopping great food make sure to visit Central Market!!!!

Average property that met our needs with great location to cathedral and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Small, comfortable hotel located easy walking distance to the train station (and by tram to the airport). Very friendly and accommodating staff. We showed up early, and even though our room wouldn't be ready for a few hours, they took our bags so they were in our room when we came back at the normal check-in.time. They also offered to hold our bags after check-out if we wanted to go back into the old city before our departure from the area. The hotel is actually on an upper floor of a building, with a small sign at the front door at street level. There is a half flight of steps that need to be negotiated to get to a small lobby with a very small and quaint elevator (capacity: 2 people with bags, or 4 people who know each other very very well:) It is 4 floors up to the hotel lobby, which is tiny but very neat and clean. Room was reasonably sized, with a comfortable king bed. Bathroom had a nice rainfall type shower, and water temperature and volume were great. Only thing missing was any cups or glasses in the bathroom or elsewhere. AC took a little while to cool the room of, worked well, but kept it comfortable. As is typical in Europe, you have to put your room key in a slot by the door to keep the lights and AC powered up, so they aren't on while you're out. Free WiFi worked fine. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
