This is a basic hotel room. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast variety included. 10 minute walk to Museums and train station. Although we took a a Taxi, 15 euro. Plenty of dining to choose from throughout the city. ...

We enjoyed our stay! We booked 1 room for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens) but ended up getting 2 rooms. At first we weren't sure but it ended up working out perfectly as the rooms were right next to each other. I loved that the hotel offered complimentary water to fill our bottles. The breakfast was simple, and had everything we needed. If you don't mind some walking, it is a good area to get around to different parts of Florence

Overall a very nice stay in a central location. Spacious room, delicious breakfast buffet, friendly staff. The place wasn’t without a few issues however. We were two people in a room with three beds but they only made up one of them. We had to ask them to bring us linens for a second bed. AC was very noisy and though our room was hot, we had to turn it off because we couldn’t sleep with it on. Also, the mini fridge wasn’t working which we didn’t realize until we went to take out our cheese and fruit and it was warm. No place is perfect so I’d still recommend it.

Staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and we had a lovely view of the courtyard. Location was fantastic and would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel near parking garage and not far to walk for many tourist sites. Rooms are clean, but lots of outside noise from the street at night.
