This was the best hotel for my first time in Rome! Staff was professional, nice, and accommodating. We were conveniently located near every attraction and great restaurants. Also, if you need a cab or airport transportation the gentleman in front will help you. Our room was BEAUTIFUL with so much space. Bathroom was clean & also spacious. We forgot our adapters for our chargers etc and we were able to get them from the desk. I am so happy I found this property. You will not regret staying here!

Very nice area of Rome. Our room was nice and quiet. Service was ok.

Comfy and stylish room, lovely view of the park, bed was exceptionally comfortable, shower excellent and fantastic staff and service. Friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient for the Borghese Park, Vatican and many other places. The only drawback was the hotel is flanked by two busy roads so can be a bit noisy, but closing the window solved that minor issue.

Hotel was really nice, rooms were very clean and very modern, cleaning was done daily with some nice chocolates each day. Staff were friendly & breakfast was very nice with a good selection. Only con for us the location we didn't find it to be family friendly with little ones in strollers.

The staff was superb and my entire stay was fantastic. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and business associates. The location is very convenient to anywhere you wish to go weather by foot or taxi.

The property is unique, a modern twist on historic Rome. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the old city, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon... Navigating the hotel from front desk to room can be a maze between old hotel and new. Hallways are painted dark Front desk has modern statuary in mirrored alcoves. Elevators in New portion have color changing LEDs Reception has bright pink neon over the desks that are modelled on chariots with tiny go cart wheels Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The property is centrally located in Rome making walks to shopping absolutely lovely. Their location relative to the Borghese Gallery and Park is fantastic. The reception and vibe during our check in should have been a clue to cancel and find alternative lodging ASAP, unhelpful and surly is best to describe the anti-welcome we experienced.It was as though our very presence was offensive, I believe his name is Emmanuel? That said, the fellows out front to hail cabs and assist with recommendations for restaurants, assist w/bags are fantastic. The layout of the hotel is odd and cumbersome. I don't recommend too many other options in Rome.

Wonderful room, clean, comfortable, and spacious. Friendly staff. The building is a bit of a maze with multiple elevators and adjoining buildings, but nothing too bothersome.

I regret not being able to provide a higher rating on service & staff due to one person at the front desk. We arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 AM. The bell service guys were very helpful. They handled our luggage efficiently, tagged and stored them while we waited for our rooms to be ready. When I approached the first available front desk staff to inquire if any rooms were be available before check-in time, the lady did not even let me speak and rudely indicated that I go to her next available colleague as she appeared to be busy taking doing other things. She did not have a sign indicating her unavailability. She appeared very annoyed that I even approached her. We were not expecting a room to be available in the morning before the formal check-in time. Later in the afternoon, when we returned to complete our check-in, all other front desk positions were unavailable as they were taking care of other guests, but this lady appeared to be available. When I approached her, she once again rudely blew me off. I could not get her name because her hair was covering her name tag on her left shoulder. The next available front desk staff was very kind. She was unaware of my past interaction with her colleague. She appeared to be a trainee staff, as this was indicated in her badge. She was very sweet and checked us in efficiently without problems. Basic customer care is to always be kind to guests, as long as they are also respectful.

Three elevators to get to my room..,

Stay was awesome room was amazing hallways were a little noisy as there wasn’t really much carpet to damped the cleaners every mornings in the hallways. It was a bit of a weird up and down hike to get to our room. But besides that the room was nice and clean well appointed and comfy bed!
