Prior to check-in, guests must park at the bottom of Via Montecavallo and walk up a hill to reception. A porter will accompany guests to the parking area to collect luggage (from 8 AM to 7 PM). Where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking, the credit card used to secure the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a valid photo ID for verification. Any other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival.
