Looks a thousand years old on the exterior but the interior is one of the most modern hotels I have ever stayed in.

The staff are fantastic here, some of the digital services are very clunky (room order app, aircon fiddly, cant stream to TV etc) but the staff compensate for these minor issues very well and fixed all but streaming fast.
The room was very comfortable, breakfast was excellent, cocktails good and great location to explore from. Honestly though the staff make this place a 5* review, absolutely faultless.

This place was not good… This place was excellent. Everything you would expect from a five star hotel, and from the staff who actually wants to get to know you and serve you. I would hands-down go ahead and stay here one more time and a lot more times in the future.

The king superior room is not for 2 people at all...ultra small, AC doesnt go below 22degrees, theres no iron boards available when you request them, shower door didnt close and the breakfast was mediocre at best for 25 euro per person. Not sure how this hotel is considered 5 stars. Its 3.5stars in my opinion.

it's the first time i've ever arrived at a hotel at 3.15 pm and a room has not been available - on top
of that the room was not available until 5.30 - i've never had that - in the lobby there were at least 3-4 other people in the same spot -
the hotel offered the use of the spa and som degree drinks - but it doesn't help when we are only in cagliari for 1 night -
