We loved staying here. I can imagine parking being difficult during busy season, but I’m sure they have back ups. It was a lovely place.

As with many 5 star properties, the staff was professional and helpful, but while some seemed genuinely nice, some did not know how to smile and were not terribly friendly, and I could not for the life of me understand why they needed to take down the large heavy duty umbrellas outside while we were having lunch on the patio and in need of shade, they might have waited a few minutes. The property was well kept with the exception of the tennis court, which was in terrible condition, and the primary multi-purpose fitness machine was out of order in the otherwise nice gym. The room was high end, comfortable and clean and well attended but we could not figure out why it was always hot unless we opened the patio door, apparently the AC was turned off in October, which should have been ok as it was always cooler outside than inside, but it remained a mystery to us why the room was warm, so we had to keep the patio door open all night. The area is beautiful if nature is your thing and Limone sul Garda is a charming little town but we preferred dining in the nearby town Riva del Garda, which is larger and seemingly more authentic and less touristy with many restaurants to choose from.

The Centro Tao Natural Medical spa is famous in all Italy. I offered a gift to to parents that are 70 years old and they have been going regularly for many years. It is one of the best spa in Italy where you are followed by specialised doctors in the programme of treatments you choose. All this in the beautiful lake Garda.

The Hotel it self and location is amazing

It is a lovely hotel, the staff were always helpful and polite. In a great location for walking and easy to get to the town and lake were all amenities are. We will return.

It was a fabulous hotel, spa was wonderful, and restaurant was incredible! Pantaleo was our guy, and we had breakfast and a a lunch and a surprise wine tasting dinner- all was fantastic. Would recommend highly and didn’t want to leave!

We really enjoyed our stay; staff and facilities matched the beautiful natural surroundings.

What a lovely hotel in a quiet location within walking distance of the centre of Limone. We had a room with a partial lake view, the room overlooked the pool area with the lake beyond. We were very happy with room 256. The pool area was lovely & clean with plenty of sunbeds & sun shades. The hotel provide you with a beach style bag containing flip flops & towels for use by the pool. We stayed on a half board basis & enjoyed a lovely dinner every night. Gianni & his team looked after us very well. Paolo was always good fun. We enjoyed an after dinner walk to the lakeside where there was always a lovely atmosphere.

Stayed in the hotel as we wanted something outside the city of Siena but within half and hour's drive. The spa and outer pools were heated, some by the natural springs, and the hotel and grounds were very clean. The dinner and breakfast menus were very varied and the house wine, both red and white, were excellent and very good value for money.

A truly wonderful experience. Excellent food, great facilities and fantastic staff. Would recommend to anybody.
