The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 4:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 50 at check-out.
