Staff was very helpful, great breakfast. Limited parking and difficult getting into property unless you call ahead and are informed of the guard arm entrance. If you are driving by the property without this information, you will never figure how, or where to enter.

The bathroom was poorly designed—the toilet was unusually high with a wall in front, making it awkward to use. There’s also a frosted balcony door next to the toilet, which might make some guests feel uncomfortable. The shower was cramped, and the bathroom could’ve been cleaner. There was no towel hook, which seemed like an annoying oversight. The room only had one mirror, so getting ready was a hassle. There’s no AC, and the only way to cool the room is by opening the balcony doors, but neither leads outside, and you’ll hear all the city noise. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable it could get in summer. The room also lacked a minibar, offering only two complimentary bottles of water. The hallways and elevators were narrow, which felt odd considering the hotel’s exterior seemed larger. The location wasn’t great—there’s not much around in terms of cafes, bars, or restaurants, and the neighborhood felt sketchy. I also noticed a sewage smell in the stairwell and lobby. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they recommended a great pastry shop nearby. If you decide to stay, I recommend booking breakfast in advance, as it’s cheaper than paying per person per day once you check in. Overall, this hotel might work for a one-night stay if you're okay with the drawbacks and looking for something affordable. However, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Alright, the room was clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom was okay in the room. We stayed 2 nights. We checked-in at 9pm local time in the evening. When we arrived, I paid full amount at the hotel. But because of we arrived and checked-in late, the hotel already charged 1-night price at 4pm local time (shows on credit card statement) before we reached to the hotel because they would have thought, we were no-show. They should wait until midnight. Hairdryer was not working in the room. On top of eveything, housekeeping entered our room while DND light was switched on at the door. Luckily, our valuables were locked in the safe in the room and our suitcases already were locked. I definitely do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

The property is a short walk to the tram. It allows you to access the city and not worry about driving or parking. Wonderful staff, eclectic hotel. Clean, comfortable and uniquely styled.

Very affordable and close to the airport, which made it a plus

The location is about 25 min away from city center by tram or bus, but its worth it for a clean, quiet, and spacious hotel. The tram rides were a short, easy walk (8 min.) to/from the station. The staff were all very nice and helpful whenever we had questions. The property was new and well maintained. It was also high-tech because they control your access to keep the temperature where you want it, as well as, the ability to use the bath room towel warmer. Be sure to let the front desk know to keep your room the same when you leave. Great stay!

Closed to Airport and to tran statation. Hotel is very clean - it is close to aiport 5 minutes by taxi. My room was very clean - very modern

The thermostat control is unacceptable. When I asked for a fan, I was told to open the door to the outside to cool off. To be forced to sleep with ambulances and traffic noises throughout the night just to stay cool is totally unacceptable. The rooms are tiny.

It was a decent stay, the staff was very friendly and the room was nice. However, I must have been next to the laundry machines or something because I could hear a noise through the walls quite often. Also, not in the room, but the rest of the hotel had a bit of a weird smell to it. Overall, pretty good experience apart from those two things.

Convenient location. Lovely hotel with large rooms and restaurant on premises.

The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and the food was good. We stayed one night due to an early flight. We were able to park the rental car on-site for free. We returned the car to the airport rental lot at 5:30 am.

Very convenient, only a mile from the airport. But you have to take a cab. Good walk ability for cafes and stores. Lots of traffic noise!

Great location, great staff. Friendly and kind. Help arranging a taxi for the airport in the morning. Beware of taxis ripping you off. The hotel was clean, bed was fantastic, dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Best place to stay. Close to the airport for those early morning flights. Comfortable people kind. Restaurant, bar, one free drink, office stations. 24 hour service. Free breakfast. Gym. Anything right there

The place was very clean and the staff was very nice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom was basically see through.
