母の実家帰省の際に毎回利用しています。今回は急遽当日に母が泊まりたいとの事で、チェックインの際に１名追加できるか伺った所、嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくださり、２日間同じお部屋にしてくださいました。予約の際に電話対応もしていただいた女性スタッフで、千葉から来る旨を話した際に「お気をつけてお越し下さい」と優しい言葉もかけていただきました。お名前がわかりませんが、丁寧に対応してくださってありがとうございました。また遠野に来た際はよろしくお願い致します。

大浴場が広くて清潔で無人でとてもよかったです朝食は馴染みのないお餅や漬物、わんこそばなど種類が多くて何を食べようか迷いました寝具は浴衣なので苦手な方はパジャマ持参したらいいと思いますまた宿泊したいです

素泊まりだったので、お食事は朝のバイキングのみ別料金でお願いしました。種類は少なかったですが、美味しくいただきました。ホテルもお部屋も大浴場も清潔で気持ちよく、語りべさんのお話も楽しめましたし、従業員の方も親切でした。ありがとうございました。ひとつ難点を言えば、エレベーター内の埃が気になりました。
