Super near the subway like 3-minute walk. Breakfast is continental, enjoyable, and more than adequate. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Very nice and strategic place to stay. Next to the station. Surrounded by 24hour minimarket and casual restaurants. The service is quick, room small but very typical Tokyo hotel, really nice and clean and complete facilities, with very big screen tv to watch. All good. Apa hotel chain is always nice to stay the nite in.

Fantastic hotel and location! Highly recommend staying here. The public bath is a great benefit that most hotels don’t have, especially for the price. Location is close to shinjuku so it’s easy to get anywhere. The local station is just across the street and the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. I also stayed at APA Roppongi Six and this hotel was much better. Stay here.

Didn't like that the pool wasn't open during this time of the year to go swimming, the bathroom is super tiny and small. Especially the tub. Didn't expect the tub to be super deep.

In a lovely quiet neighbourhood with cute coffee shops and lovely izakayas whilst also being conveniently located near (via metro) to the big busy touristy places and useful stations. We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has everything you need. The room was small, but we barely spent any time in it. It was very clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly

This hotel is located about 30mins walk from the Shinjuku station but convenient enough for getting food etc. A bit awkward to use a tap but a room is nice and clean.

Onsen was nice, room in, but couldn’t sleep due to the hot temperature of the room. When you check in they hand you a FAQ page that says the temp is controlled by the hotel, not by guests (no thermostat in room) so if it’s too cold, ask for a blanket. Too hot? Open window. LOL never again.

10am check out and 3pm check in. $14 usd per hour for early check in and late check out. I'm small and I hardly fit in my room. I have to get a full refund. Thank god it was only one night. You can hear everything in the hallway and in the room next to you. The bathroom is so small that you can use the toilet, the sink, and the shower at the same time. The pictures on here isn't just for the apa hotel in Tokyo. Its false advertising.

It was average. Over complicated check in, small rooms with limited control of air conditioning, limited storage, pillows uncomfortable, small bathroom and breakfast average. It was however quiet and a good location but at the room rate possibly not the best on value
