Everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that I received an email from the hotel staff to confirm the time of my arrival and if they didn’t hear back from me they would cancel my stay basically pressuring me because I had already received confirmation when the hotel was paid for; I did reply back however letting them know I had a connecting flight and informed them the timeframe of my arrival to which the hotel did not reply back, so I just don’t understand why I received that email but other than that I really liked the hotel

Great hotel for downtown Tokyo/Rappongi. Centrally located. Most rooms are kind of small but very clean and great price. We are always comfortable and happy with APA. And the laundry facilities are helpful too!

Nothing unique with this place, no flexibility neither open mind, pillows are so hard, asked for a softer and answer was no can do!!
After talking to manager, while having the impression that he is doing a favor it was resolved!!

the hotel was well kept, had nice, plentiful amenities, and staff was friendly and helpful. the only downside was there were no individual a/c controls in the room, it's centralized throughout the hotel. my room was quite warm and stuffy, so i had to open the window for any air, which was extremely noisy in such a busy area!

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Even small, the room has all the functionality for a solo traveller. The issue which I came across was the wifi was not available for my room when I checked into the room. After I reported to the front desk and they had the system restarted, the wifi was activated.

This spot is very nice the only reason I give it a 4 instead of 5 is because the bathroom is ridiculously small even for Japanese standards
