Excellent budget hotel, located conveniently between Kamata and Keikyu-kamata train stations (slightly closer to the latter). Friendly and helpful staff, and - as you would expect in Japan - everything is spotless.

It was what I expected. I was paying for a room, nothing more. There are no food or bar facilities but vending (beer) and a microwave facility there are, should you need them.

Smelled strongly of smoke everywhere despite booking a non smoking room. Staff highly inflexible and unhelpful. Would not even allow a friend to visit for less than 2hrs. Much better hotels in the area for similar price.

Usually Japanese hotel has green tea or coffee with electric hot water pot. This hotel dont offer so I just bought my own. No special if I dont ask cleaning service .
