When the words “great hotel” are used, they suggest this place. Our experience was pleasant from beginning to end, starting with a comfortable space to put ourselves in until it was check-in time to the surprise of a room that had more space than we expected, with all the amenities that one could want—to say nothing of the special treats of a bed that was actually comfortable and a breakfast the following morning as a good start to the day (the choices here are more Japanese than Western, so if you are hankering for a bowl of cereal, you’ll be out of luck, but there are plenty of other choices!). If anything cropped up that required special attention on the part of staff, they responded with interest, equanimity, and efficiency. One of the staff went the extra mile to walk us through the check-in process—which was via machine (apparently the thing here in Japan, since we have encountered it virtually everywhere we have stayed)—his going-the-extra-mile effort was much appreciated!! On a scale from 1 to 10, this place is a definite 10. If you can get an accommodation here, grab if!

- Laundry was always occupied. People left clothes in washer/dryer and I went to the laundry multiple times and found it was not available. There is no way to know when it is available remotely.

Very convenient for the station. Modern hotel, very comfortable. Breakfast offering poor. Better to not market a western breakfast, pizza for breakfast was weird. One day they made omelettes, the next day they refused. Not worth the money

The hotel is fantastic. It’s a short walk from the train station, so it’s very well situated. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. They do good job of providing bathroom items, juice, and other travel conveniences for hotel guests. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The room I stayed in was spacious and had a really nice bathtub, which was great for relaxing.
The breakfast had a good selection and the food was delicious(it’s provided by an Italian restaurant attached to the hotel). There’s a 7-11 next to the hotel as well, so you can easily pick up toiletries or any travel necessities you might have forgotten.
Most of the nearby attractions in Kanazawa are about 10 minutes away by Uber, so it was very easy to get to all the important tourist spots.
I really enjoyed my stay here and would certainly stay here again.

Just a short walk from Kanazawa West exit.Bfast included in the room price which was great, n convenience store next door.Room was good size n well lit and clean but had only 1 mid size pillow, had to request for another. No English TV channels had to buy movies. Hotel has a laundry room which was great and offers free drinks and coffee at lobby area.Staff was friendly and helpful . I would stay there again .

It’s just 5 minutes easy walk to the station.
We have stayed in several property similar to this and the bathroom was exceptional.
I wish the room was slightly bigger so that bed wasn’t against the wall but, good value all the way around with high end hotel decor, furnishing and amenities.

Front desk staff is efficient. Tanaka San helped with luggage delivery enquiry and went out of her way to call the hotel to confirm my booking and arrival before assisting with the delivery service.
-this hotel provides sachets of toiletries, coffee/tea, at the reception
- there is bottled water provided daily and water kettle in room.
- Location is good - about 3 mins walk to Kanazawa station and bus station to Shiragawa-go, and about 15-20min walk to Omicho market- where sashimi is at very reasonable price. Also near Kanazawa castle and Zenrokuen garden.
