Henn na Hotel Premier Nara

All check-in and check-out are self-serve, with no staff around. The luggage storage space is very limited, but the hotel was very clean and close to the subway station.

Check in was a bit problematic as the checking card readers would not accept my credit card but there is a phone on the desk to summon staff who turned up within a minute to rectify the problem. The room was a bit tight but we managed and had a very enjoyable 4 days stay. The hotel does offer a breakfast which we also enjoyed. We found that we were only ten minutes walk to the nearby shopping precinct and al 20 minutes walk to Nara Park and the Bowing Deers. Overall we had a very good time.

Easy check in. Free luggage storage. Walkable distance to park, shopping, eating, train station.

Extremely easy check in and out, good room, super close to kintetsu station but quiet at night

Two adults two teens stayed in a "Forth/Force" (Quad) room in Jan 2025 for 2 nights. We LOVED this hotel. It's 2 minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara train station and the shopping streets, and so close to Nara Park. The hotel is very new and immaculately clean. Digital check in and check out was easy. Staff come quickly from the back room if needed. Book the breakfast - it's a little cafe in the hotel lobby, breakfast was made fresh and yes limited options but so delicious - french toast, bacon, salad. They also do fancy drinks etc later in the day. There are two very new washer dryers in the super clean laundry room, coin operated. The dryer works perfectly if you don't overload the machine and follow the instructions (half full only). We loved this hotel and how close it was to everything. We have booked to return on our next trip.

The room is very small. Washroom sticks probably because the drainage has a problem.

Small rooms but in a great location. Staff were responsive and efficient.

This is a touch free hotel. No front desk people etcetera. Carpet is glue squares. They used a bad color choice in the hallway. It shows stains and traffic. Breakfast was so so.

We love the convenience of the location and the amenities, such as laundry services, vending machines, luggage storage, and even comic books provided by the hotel. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and polite. Its location is close to sightseeing locations, shops, restaurants, and transportation hubs. We would definitely stay here again should we come to Nara in the future.

The location is fantastic and the room was really spacious (we booked a family room). We came by car and there was a big parking nearby. Breakfast was limited but it was good. The only bad point was that the carpet in the room was dirty, there was some stain and big lump of hair.

Quick response to questions and were able to leave our bags at the hotel with such ease. Check in and out was very easy. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed were nice. It’s very close to the station and everything is an easy walk. Love the hotel

This hotel is less than 150m from the train station.

Location was good. Hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. Didn't like the AI check in. Was also denied access to breakfast one morning even though I offered to pay by credit card. The room was also too small.

Great location, very close to Kintetsu Nara station, shops and dining. Walkable to all of Nara's tourist spots. NIce and clean.

Amazing hotel with amazing breakfast but also super close to other restaurants and convenience stores.

Check was easy! Also I appreciate the bag storage! That was a life saver when I arrived in town a bit early . I was able to go out and explore until check in time. Laundry was also available onsite. Enjoyed my stay. Would book again if I decide to come back again

I was worried about being nobody at the front but it was actually working. My only concern is the remaining times of washing machines displayed on the TV. The times are about 3-4 min behind the actual ones. It could be improved.

Check in was easy and quick.Property is clean and near the train station (2min walk - go out exit 4 - walk straight and turn left when you come to the first street, hotel is about 20m on your left). Walkable to everything you want to see in Nara and restaurants and everything are minutes away. The room was clean and has everything you need, typical japanese style hotel room as in size and Facilites. Only downside is there was no need to speak with hotel staff as its all self checkin so it takes abit of the personal experience away but that is where technology is taking us. I would stay there again, nice stay and good price.
