Hiyori Hotel Maihama

We only stayed for one night but everything was so clean it’s was quiet and the staff was very helpful even with the language barrier. We walked to 7 eleven from the hotel which was a nice walk only about 7 mins. They also had a laundry room which we didn’t use but it was nice to know it was there.

The Hotel was lovely small but very clean and staff are so helpful. Close to Disneyland quite place. Would recommended.

Very spacious room, incredibly friendly service, amazing well worth the money breakfast buffet, lovely end of the day ochazuke, the small daily gifts, the welcoming coffee and beverages, the shuttle to/from Disney etc……we loved everything about our stay!! Hope to stay with Hiyori next time we visit Japan! :)

Small but very cost and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and provides a complete range of amenities for guests including free coffee, soft drinks and even free supper every night. Free shuttle service is provided to the train station and Disneyland. Excellent place to stay if you’re visiting Disney parks. Couldn’t ask for anything more, except a bigger space but this is Tokyo.

This property was great, super comfortable, great amenities, free rice at night, convient shuttle to Disney/Maihama Station. However, without the shuttle it's a 25 minute walk from the station, and there is virtually nothing else around it. If you're ok with only using this for Disney and nothing else, it's an absolutely fabulous option. If you want to try to find something else to do, this is not the place for you.

Clean.

This is my go to place for Disneyland Tokyo stay and I’ll continue to refer this to all of my friends.

Free shuttle to the disney parks station

Excellent service from staff and the hotel was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

This park was beautiful and all of the cast members were friendly and helpful. We visited with a disability pass and the process less than user friendly. The process 2as not explained well on the website and when we tried to clarification at customer service upon arrival, we were directed to the rides. Not knowing how to use the pass we waited in line for 30 minutes, then the cast member moved us to the standby line, but our wait increased from the remaining 30 minutes to 65 minutes. Then the pass was entered incorrectly and we almost had to wait another 45. That confusion was cleared up, however the second cast member had already entered a standby which we then had to wait around for expiration before we could sign up for another ride. I feel like there must be a more guest friendly way for this to operate. Ultimately we did enjoy the attractions we were able to ride.

Spectacular staff makes this a nice visit. Breakfast buffet was great. Everything else was great except the pillows and bed. They weren’t very comfortable in my opinion. The bed was alright I guess because I like a hard bed. But we really didn’t like the pillows.

Love the amenities provide by hotel. Supper at night, free flow of soft drinks from drink machine, water server on each floor. Shuttle service to and from Maihama station was superb. Would definitely stay here again if I need to get to Disney park early.

Front desk has everything sorted out before I arrive. Especially when I booked 2 nights separately but they already knew and arrange the same room without the need for me to ask to arrange when I arrive. Shuttle to Maihama station is very convenient and readily available. But if you are coming back from the station at night, the last shuttle is very crowded. Impressed about the supper and free soft drinks from afternoon till night. Definitely a good place to stay if you plan to go to Disney.

Shuttle very infrequent. I almost stayed at another hotel that had a shuttle three times an hour. This hotel has several in the early morning and then not again until 7 pm.

Near disneyland

The staff at Hiyori Hotel Maihama are outstanding. I had a fantastic experience thanks to their exceptional customer service.

This hotel was phenomenal! The breakfast was AMAZING! It was so convenient that there was a shuttle during the morning for going to the Tokyo Disney Resort, and in the evening to return to the hotel. The rooms are so clean, and the service was incredible. We so enjoyed ourselves!
