Excellent. Rooms arent big but better than a capsule hotel. Free VOD for some reason.
Bathtub is amazing as always. Front desk staff and Pronto cafe are fantastic.
Price wasnt as great as the pre-Covid days.
Chiba is more sedate than central Tokyo, but theres a ton of shops, cafes, diners within walking distance. Train station is very short distance.

Everything is perfect . Only transportation is a little far
away from Tokyo downtown and I spent a little more money to get to Tokyo downtown. But it is fast and convenient to get to both airports.I love APA Hotel Chiba!

Front staff knows a degree of English enough to help you get through with basic reservation/check-in.
Location is very convenient. Around a minute away from the nearest train station. Convenience store is roughly a minute away too.
With regards to amenities, it's satisfactory. The biggest disadvantage, however, is that the room for a solo traveler is small. The bathroom is alright but it's cramped. If you're a big or tall person, you're definitely going to have problems. The rooms are designed for the average Japanese person, not the American-size or European-size.

First, the responsiveness on Q&A is very good even though their English skills is just okay level but all went smoothly. Second, the service mind throughout the check-in was great. Finally, The location is so good close by the mall and train station easy to access to the airport.
Bonus, Pronto restaurant was cool price and food quality also the staff was friendly.

Good to stay for business.
But wifi was bed, no good restaurant around the hotel.
1st floor restaurant is bad. because a guy keep tried to speak Japanese even I told I only can speak English.
And he brought swing food plate like a comedian.
