I like the convenience and walkable distance between hotel and public transportation. However, the hotel may need to work on the details cleaning in room and have a look into the laundry room’s condition. Thank you.

Nice, easy branch of a business hotel chain in an accessible area of Osaka. Within walking distance of both Higashi-Umeda station for the Tanimachi line, and the Tenmagu shopping street. If you are used to the minimal amenities of a business hotel, this is a good pick.

It was the dirtiest hotel that we’ve stayed at in Japan. When we first arrived at our room, we found: 1) pubic hair in the bathtub 2) hair in the floor drainage area 3) hair around the bidet 4) brown stain on the toilet seat that I had to use a paper towel to chip off 5) dust on the foot of bed, table and window (I’m allergic to dust) 6) empty bottle at the bottom of the bed We’ve stayed at many different 3 star hotels in Tokyo and Osaka during this trip. They all felt like 4 or 5 star hotels except for this one.

チェックアウト時職員が、いない。チェックイン時も、リブマックス門真、本町、梅田、心斎橋ふくめて。まともなあいさつをした職員はひとりもいない。大阪府と大阪市が、管理して、チェックイン機の横に、市役所のスタッフもしくは警察官に、立っといてもらって、チェックインのときに、きちんと、ホテル職員が、ホテル利用者に、きちんとした態度で、接するか、見張ってほしい。
