Perfect for traveling in the area. Right in the train station, and you can’t even hear any noise. We had a city view room, and the view was amazing of the mountains in the background. Will stay here again for sure.

I didn’t have very high expectations for this hotel, as it was in a fairly rural part of north Japan but I was so impressed. I stayed in 5 hotels during my two week stay and this hotel was my favourite! The room was spacious, it smelled clean, the view was breathtaking, and it was connected to the station so getting on and off the Shinkansen was a breeze.

The hotel is within Yamagata Station, a perfect place to stay in especially when it is snowing outside. Excellent hotel and definitely value for money. Will stay again if we are back in Yamagata.

It’s a good hotel. The breakfast is nice it has two options , Japanese or western buffet. Unlucky our room is not big with tiny two single beds.

Perfect location for me. Didn't need to leave Yamagata station to gain access to the hotel. Also very close to the bus station for transferring on to Zao Onsen. Very clean, polite staff, good room lighting and a large selection of bathroom items available. Nice extensive range for the Western breakfast

Great location inside the JR station, great and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room with a good view. Various parking options available from the hotel. Ask the hotel staff for different pricing. Definitely will return to this hotel if going back to Yamagata

The great thing about this hotel is it is just next to the JR station. You can access to the hotel without exposing to the sun or rain or snow. We had a quad room with 4 single beds. Quite disappointed that 2 of the beds are actually foldable beds which are not as comfortable as fixed beds.

Wrhis was our second time. We stayed here last year in March also liked this hotel very much, especially after staying at the hotel where the real estate was very expensive; so, we not only didn’t have a closet, or space to walk to get to other side of the bed.
