The reception was super friendly and understanding. I was there early to drop off my baggage. The receptionist immediately asked if I needed to keep my luggage there before I even asked. Good shops and restaurants around and easy to get to the subway.

Hotel was old and curtain was falling off. Very small toilet, and hotel does not have a fridge to put our cold storage (some boxes of strawberries).

It’s very comfortable for solo travellers . About 5-6 minutes walk from station . Very convenient place to stay staffs were very friendly and helpful.

location away from 2 stations ,converted apartments? needed to leave the toilet door open to sit on it so small ,recently converted ,renovated. staff need to move away from the japanese style check in when checking in guest from overseas as they miss out on lots of opportunities for the top score with
