This is my second time staying here, as always the room is clean, friendly staff, good location and near to walk from hotel to Shinjuku Station and many restaurants, also Seven Eleven and Family Mart as well.

stayed here every time I visited Tokyo. Still the best choice, near Shinjuku JR station and close to Nishi Shinjuku Metro station. restaurant and convenient stores everywhere. although the room is a bit small but still okay. not to mention there's free coffee at the lobby (free flow) :)

the hotel is very strategically located, located in the center of the crowd. there are plenty of food places like ichiran, matsuya etc. at any time can enjoy coffee through a coffee machine located near the reception.

We rent a mountain view room, is great to see mt. FUJI moutain. Breakfast is delicious and many choices. Staff are friendly and polite. Location easy to find a food. Room is clean and big, decoration is new. My family is satisfied.

Only complaint was that they decided when AC was enabled and when it wasn’t. 2 nights we had it and 2 they thought it wasn’t hot enough to let anyone use it. An AC room Usually indicates you can turn on AC anytime you’d like! Otherwise, great room and location. Breakfast restaurant was very good.
