Have a great experience. The staffs can speak english and very friendly and polite. Recommended for staying because it's very close to kyoto station and near kyoto tower and restaurants.

Nice and clean hotel with strategic location since it's opposite the kyoto station. Inside kyoto station there's a lot of shops and restaurant and there's isetan as well. Will surely come back again to stay for our next visit

Price is very affordable and room is very clean. Love the location, right across kyoto main station, next to Kyoto tower. Department store is about 5 minute walking from hotel. Easy to get food.

This hotel location is convenient. It isclosed to Kyoto train station. There is an entrance to the train station in front of the hotel.
The room was clean but the furnitures were very dated. Room was not bright as the lightings were not enough

Lovely staff, and room was really clean with access to apps on the tv like Netflix and Youtube. The breakfast also had a a wide variety and was really convenient.

The location was very convenient, just one street across from Kyoto Station. However, the room was extremely small, with barely any space for luggage. What’s worse, the room was not well cleaned — there was dust accumulation, mold on the fan, and even blood stains on the bathroom wall. The sound isolation was also poor, making it hard to rest. On a positive note, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Very nice Hotel, the staff is super friendly and put up with my terrible Japanese. The Rooms are quite big compared to other hotels. Also its very convenient being right next to the train station. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel almost directly across from Kyoto station. Big clean room which even had small tatami mat area for sitting. Breakfast in the Japanese restaurant was wonderful - probably the best miso soup I have had in Japan.
