Excellent. Room was great - modern, clean and a bit bigger than most rooms have found in Japan for the price. We reckoned it was the best place we stayed all trip and we stayed in some considerably pricier joints.
Staff were accommodating to requests - pleasant and professional.
The place has a cool vibe between hotel and hostel - it has both types of rooming - lots of great social spaces. Nice rooftop garden and cafe downstairs and computer/chill area on 2nd floor.
Over from Wales for the world cup another example of champion Japanese hospitality. Location v good too not far from station and very close to monorail and some supermarkets and great restaurants. would return if in Kyushu for sure - especially if Wales makes the final. C'mon Cymru!

普通のビジネスホテルは退屈してしまうので(笑)、漫画が沢山ある上、24時間フリードリンクで、パンやカレーまで食べられる上、部屋も広くて安いので、お気に入りです。

距離鬧區有些距離，很安靜，整個氛圍很棒
房間很大很舒服，洗澡不一定要用房間的，b1有淋浴間和大浴場很棒
15:00-21:00的免費飲料很讚
服務人員很親切
但烘衣機的效果不好，建議一天就要烘一次

2층은 습하고 방에서 냄새가 나는데 창문을 열수없습니다. 화장실에 물때와 곰팡이가 많아서 추천하지않습니다. 아침저녁으로 빵과 우동 카레가 제공되는 것은 좋습니다. 주변에 편의점이 많고 고쿠라역에서는 13분정도 걸리는것 같습니다. 숙박할시 고층으로 요청하시는게 좋겠습니다.

2층은 세탁시설이있고 창이 작아서 눅눅한편이네요 고층일수록 나은것 같아요. 화장실 청소가 거의 안되있네요.

部屋に入った瞬間のカビくささ以外は快適に過ごせた。連泊だったのて掃除不要を選択したが、スリッパが毎回なかったのと、部屋の説明書には水のボトルをくれると記載されていたのにもらえなかった。
