Convenient location, close to train station and bus stop. Also, there are lots of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores near by. Room was old and outdated. Shower head was so small and shower curtain was thin. The shower curtain didn't stay spot while showering and kept coming to me.

Will not recommend. Outdated, old, air conditioner was loud and like 40 years old. Couldn’t even read the labels for the buttons. Bedding stained. Shower curtain had a band aid on it.

Rooms not recently updated but clean and functional. Coin op laundry but no soap or option to buy soap on site. Microwave on site. Quiet. Easy walk to train and bus station, grocery and 7-11, small restaurants; one mile to Costco and more shopping. We did not try the on site restaurant.

Friendly staff, nice and quiet. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Would stay here every time I visit Chiba. Great restaurants too. But most of all, I can’t state enough about how lovely the staff was. Great people do exist.
