Very good location (2 Stations close - Shiodome Subway line and Yurikamome line), good service, good staffs, room is cleaned and well preparation every day. Our family are happy to stay here.

the hotel is clean, the service was good and the room was spacious and comfy. they even had foot massage machine in the room, vending machine + washing machine + drier (need to pay) in every floor. overall very satisfying.

The staff was amazing, they treated us super Good, We went for Our Honeymoon and they had a few little lovely treats for us, we got a beautiful view in our bedroom. The whole staff is the reason I would stay there again. Personally the bed was too hard for me, on top of that you only get 2 very thin pillows. I would highly recommend adding maybe 2 more less thin pillows and possibly less hard mattress in the future. Also wish we could’ve added the breakfast later on in our stay but they said they were completely booked for it. Those are just a few of thing I would suggest modifying. Apart from that it was a good stay mainly because of how sweet the staff where to us. Thank you

The hotel is right at Shiodome station and connected to underground path to Shimbashi station which gets us to either airport without transfer. We really appreciated everything with the stay.

For a hotel we paid $350 per night for 5 nights, it wasn't worth it. They kept all the toiletries and coffee downstairs, so if you forget, it's either a long wait or go downstairs to get it. Didn't help thwt the design of the hotel made us walk through a maze to get to our rooms. Also, every where else in Japan, we had a warm toilet seat and warm bidet water. We didn't at this hotel, mind you, for the amount we paid. The only good part is the hotel is at a train station. Not going back to it.

Rooms are extremely small ( even for Japan) there was no space to put a suitcase, unless you bock the door. We had to move the furniture around. No dinning facilities, no restaurant or Onsen. Serenaded by Offices and station, I would suggest booking somewhere else if you want to see the true Japan.

We booked 5 nights at this hotel but decided to leave after 4 nights. We found the bed just to hard even with blankets on the mattress. If you like hard beds you will be ok. We also asked for extra.pillows which they happily dropped off to our room. The hotel has fantastic transport links underneath with a subway. They also have a stand by the lifts with lovely satchets of coffee and tea. We arrived on a flight too early for check in and they do not allow this unless you pay a fee which is based on an hourly rate and how many people are checking in in your group. We dropped our bags and went exploring. We got back a half an hour before 3pm to check in and would still have had to pay the early check in fee. Thr lobby was packed with people waiting to check in, luggage and not really a lounge to sit in. I found this absurd if the rooms are ready whats half an hour. It is the only hotel in a months holiday that enforced this. We would never book it again.
