This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

Very good hotel with 2 large single bed can fit 2 adult and 2 kid. Very nice outside look. Parking is also good

チェックインの時間がはっきりわからない時がありますよね。予定がはっきりしない時など。今回もそうでしたが、チェックの強制もなく、本当に良かったです。アメニティーも充実していました。シャンプーもトリートメントもボディソープも単独であって本当に良かったです。後、お部屋も綺麗でした。フロントの方も親切に応対してくださって良かったです。

This is an average hotel. Once grand, it could use updates. Convenient to airport and train station. The restaurant was great with a creative seasonal menu. At the time it features fall harvest ingredients such as pumpkins in delightful presentations. Every dish was amazing to receive and to taste. It was a surprise to enjoy the restaurant so much. Staff was kind and efficient.

ベッド、枕、ナイトウェアが使いやすかったです。夜他の部屋の多分大人でしょうが宿泊客の話し声が大きくしばらく続き、防音はあまりされていないのかなと思いました。

客室とチェックインの建物が異なった。 1階のロビーでアメニティをセルフで選択し部屋へ運ぶ珍しい方式だった。個人的に残念だったのは、部屋着は化繊で綿ではなかった。朝食も本館と離れていて寒かった。

部屋は綺麗で、問題ありませんでしたが、連泊の初日は、エアコンの風量調整(微風)に出来なかったので、音がうるさく聞こえる為(どこのホテルも同じです)、消して寝ましたが、やはり、途中寒くなり､再度エアコンを入れたりしましたので、この点だけが、気になりました。

伝統あるホテルなものの、設備は古臭さもなく、宿泊して特に問題となるところはありません。強いて言えば、駐車場がややわかりにくいのと、そこから雨や雪の中を歩く時に、建物の中を通れることは知っているので通りましたが、初めての人はどこを通っていいかわかりにくいと思います。道路まで出れば玄関には着きますが。
