If you’re staying at the JR Tower hotel, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a hello from friendly staff at every turn. The bellhops in their traditional sharp dressed uniforms, the front desk staff, and even the housekeeping crew are all super helpful and attentive. We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.
