the air con was frequently switching on and off throughout the night, so i was awaken by the noise for several times.

We love this place. Very nice location. Our only issue was that the room was extra small. You could barely get into the room. I guess the moral of the story is try to check the room size before booking. That's on us. But overall everything was beautiful and convenient.

Smaller room as I expected as a Japanese Hotel room. Nice and clean. The location was perfect for people with large luggage because the hotel entrance was in the train station terminal and adjacent to the station shoppingand dining building. Still, it was very quiet. Complementary toiletries, drip coffee packs and tea bags were in the lobby to hunt. If you ask, they have some free magazines for sightseeing information and they were very helpful info.

I asked staff to move my luggage to my room but the young staff said I’m alone here, I can help to take your luggage with you. I wondered why he can’t go and move my luggage by himself if he can go with me, so I said I’m okey and asked other staff to look after mine. She was politely said sure and I could leave the hotel with my family. I think the young staff was student or something as he said 僕は, not 私は(more professional).
Location is good as it is just above of the station. However, the bathroom is not the same level. The room was okey but small. I paid 17000mish yen but I felt it is rather a budget hotel and over price.

Property was easy to find from station and I was able to check in late, around 11pm. Free amenities were generous and the drip coffee was very nice. My biggest issue was the pillow provided. Upon entry I had only been given one pillow so I had to request a second. Both pillows were Japanese style which I found quite uncomfortable. The room was small but clean, there was just about enough room for myself and two cases which was fine. The staff were friendly and check in was easy and in English. Overall, if you’re in Kanazawa for a short stay and want a conveniently located, easy to access hotel, this was perfect.

The hotel is right at the train station. Pros are larger rooms, coffee and other supplies at reception. The only con for me was the extra thin toilet paper.

The location directly on top of Kanazawa Station is super convenient for access to trains and buses. The room is small but very clean, as is the bathroom. It’s suitable for travelllers who plan to be out and about most of the day and just need a clean, quiet place to sleep and rest.
