Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. You will feel like you are in 5 star. very relax and comfort place to stay. A big thank you to all the staffs. For sure, we will come back to this hotel and stay more nights.

鴨川シーワールドに直結していて、小さい子を連れて行くときは便利です。施設は老朽化しているところもありますが、設備としては十分だと思います。チェックイン後なら、シャチに水をかけられてもすぐお風呂に入れて助かります！子供達は朝晩のビュッフェを楽しみにしていました。魚料理、ライブキッチンの出来たてお料理が美味しいです。食事に飽きたら子ども用のプレイルームで遊んで待っててもらうこともできます。また、来年も利用したいと思います。

멋진 바다가 보이는 뷰와 파도소리는 좋은 추억을 남겨줬습니다. 오래된 호텔이라 전체적으로 노후된 시설이긴 하지만 숙박객에게 씨월드가 무료이기 때문에 가성비도 최고입니다. 씨월드호텔이기 때문에 전체적으로 아이들을 위한 서비스가 잘 갖춰져있습니다. 호텔에서 바로 연결되는 씨월드도 범고래쇼가 가까워서 좋습니다.

Great for going to Seaworld, everything else is average. Quite old fashioned, could do with modern makeover. One complaint I have is that the price of 3 years child is not added to the total price when making booking. It's not only until after paying for the reservation that I receive an email from the hotel that there is an extra charge for 3 years old child. This is totally unacceptable, I am ok for this extra charge but this should be noted in advance, not after I have paid the non-refundable price.

The hotel building and furniture are old, but they have accommodation for young children (toilet seat for child / steps for the sink) which are useful when you travel with young child.

子供との家族旅行には、最高だと思います。施設は古いですが、窓も綺麗で部屋からの眺めも楽しめました。大浴場のシャワーなどの古さが少し気になりましたので、星を一つマイナスとさせて頂きました。

子連れにとっては、とっても◎です。周りみんな子連れだから変な遠慮もなく、食事会場も大浴場も過ごすことが出来ました。家族で和室に横並びするのも子どもたちにとっては楽しかったらしく、良い思い出になりました。どうもありがとうございました。
