The hotel is located under the train tracks but you will not hear a sound in your room. I like this hotel because it is very convenient, it is just a min walk out of the train station. The area is also quiet, convenience stores are just around the corner. I will def stay there again.

This is a semi automated hotel. Check in and out via machine and every additional hour is 1100yen.
Small but new and clean and under the railway station but no noise at all.

Location is fab if you have an early flight from Haneda airport or you’re coming in on the Shinkansen late and you don’t want to drag yourself across town (both applied to us), right next to the station. Lovely shrine across the road as a bonus.
The hotel staff were lovely. Trains were no problem as they stop during the night.
Bathroom was a little bit tired but the shower was great so no problem really.
Bed was comfortable everything you needed was available.

The room size was better than hotels in Osaka and Shinjuku for a similar rate

Great budget hotel that's conveniently located right at a station for the Keikyu Line and only a stone's throw away from Shinagawa Station which makes it easy to get anywhere you need to both in Tokyo and beyond. Also has a small local shopping street next door with a convenience store, cafes, etc. Free breakfast was okay but for most of my trip I had to leave early which made the two nearby convenience stores very helpful. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room was small but par for the course in Tokyo. During my stay the hotel was also amazingly quiet. Normally I wear earplugs as insurance for a good night's sleep at cheaper hotels but not this one - I slept like a baby all three nights I was there. The only real complaint I had was the faint whiff of lingering cigarette smoke when I first entered my room despite it supposedly being a non-smoking room. Thankfully the room had an air freshener bottle that helped a great deal. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Tokyo.

All the amenities that you need are pretty much available at the lobby whenever you need it. We liked the security of the hotel that the hotel entrance is only accessible to those who have the key. Available coffee, tea and hot chocolate at the lobby.

Next to Shimbamba station and two stops away from Shinagawa station. Convenient and simple hotel with basic amenities. Two 7-11s are within one walking block and both provide easy access to withdraw money. I had a comfortable 1 week stay.

Very polite and kind. Location made very fast 5 minute trips to convenience stores down the street easy. Entrance to the train station is right beside the entrance to the hotel.
Room could be considered small, but for the price I think it's just fine.
