特別に気を遣うこともなく、キチンとしてくれているので何も心配も無く、たまにの利用だけどいつも通りのいつもの気分のいい利用が出来る。近所にも食べるとこはあるし、駅も近いし、何といっても静かな環境がよかった。一応、近くにコンセプトバーもあった。

年末年始に利用しました真夜中までロビーでスタッフがお出迎えして下さりセキリティも安心 (セキリティはホテル側だけの問題でなく隣室の宿泊者や清掃スタッフに対しても気にしています) 朝食付きでお部屋も清潔でした

駅からも近くフロントの方の対応も親切丁寧で良かったです。安い料金なのに朝食も付いて居ました。(時間が無かったので食べて居ません) 部屋もとても綺麗で掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。コンセントも沢山有って不自由なく使えました。また、利用したいホテルでした。

空調が各部屋毎に設定できないのが不便でした。花粉症の季節など、窓を開けられない人がいるにも関わらず全館暖房設定になっていたりと、現在東京はインバウンドも増え様々な国の方々が宿泊するにも関わらず、顧客目線にたっているとは思えませんでした。
